CNC Machining FAQ Guide
We have a formal production process. Engineers evaluate the processing technology. test the first sample of each part, and keep the confirmed samples on file. During formal production, QC will irregularly sample and inspect the products processed by each machine to ensure the quality of the process.
We understand the importance of meeting tight deadlines While rush orders may be subject to additional fees, we will do our best to accommodate your urgent needs
We take intellectual property and confidentiality seriously. We are happy to sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)to protect your sensitive information.
XML supports both prototype quantities and large-scale production runs, offering flexible MOQ depending on part complexity and material.
We provide rapid, accurate quotations—typically within 24 hours after receiving your 3D files or design specifications.
Yes. Our Swiss CNC lathes can perform turning, milling, drilling, tapping, knurling, and grooving in one setup, improving accuracy and efficiency.
Absolutely. XML specializes in rapid prototyping as well as small-batch runs and high-volume production.
Yes. We welcome visits to our Shenzhen manufacturing facility to review our Swiss machining capabilities and quality standards.
We follow a 4-stage quality control process: incoming material inspection, in-process CMM checks, post-machining surface inspection, and final AQL 0.65 audit.
Yes. Our engineers can assist with design optimization, material selection, manufacturability review, and technical guidance for your CNC or Swiss machining project.
